General Booking Conditions
Lakeside accepts booking either by telephone, post, fax or on-line via its website www.lakesidesurrey.co.uk.
A handling charge will apply to all credit card transactions at a rate of 50p per ticket valued up to £15 and £1 per ticket for £15 and over. There is no surcharge on debit card transactions. A £2 administration and postage fee is also added to all total transactions i.e. per booking each booking.
Two working days notice is required on all debit/credit card transactions. Tickets can only be posted directly to the cardholder’s registered address. By prior arrangement and on production of the debit/credit card, tickets may be collected from the Box Office. Cheques can only be accepted by prior arrangement.
Parties of less than 20 people are required to pay in full at the time of booking.
Non-dining parties of more than 20 people are also required to pay in full at time of booking.
Dining parties of 20 or more may either pay in full at the time of booking or pay a deposit of £15 per person. The balance then becomes due not later than 28 days prior to the show date. Please note however, that no reminders will be sent. Deposits are non refundable and non transferable. Once tickets are purchased no refunds or exchanges are made.
For cabaret/disco evenings etc., mixed/balanced parties of males and females over the age of 18 are welcome.
For gentlemen, jacket, collar and tie is preferred. Jeans, denim, sportswear, trainers or tee shirts are not an acceptable form of dress for either sex. Smart casual dress is sometimes acceptable – please check when booking.
For health and safety reasons, Lakeside must be notified at the time of booking if any visitor is attending in a wheelchair.
Payment for services on the night (food, drink etc.) must be made in cash. Customers are advised to check their till receipts and change as mistakes cannot be rectified afterwards.
Lakeside reserves the right to alter the advertised programme without prior notice.
